
Our services to corporate clients differ from those to our leisure clients in many ways, but they have one theme in common: we feel that our clients entrust us with their time, more than anything else. After all, they take time out of their busy schedule to attend a conference or participate in a corporate event, and expect a rewarding experience in return.
In the field of conferences, we work closely with the foreign conference organiser, their client where appropriate and the local affiliates of that client. In the initial stages, we provide independent advice on conference venues and hotels. The next step is making proposals for the social programme, from lunches and dinners to exploring Malta's heritage-rich and varied sites. Crucially, the non-attending accompanying spouses need an interesting and entertaining programme too.
Finally, we execute the programme, making sure that everything runs smoothly. This is where our 22 years of experience in the field comes to play, keeping in mind Murphy's Law: if anything can go wrong, it will. Our job is to anticipate more and look further than anyone else, as you may expect from the local partner in the event organisation.
With regards to our fees, we accept net invoicing of booked services with a consultancy fee, as well as global invoicing that includes the fees of our participation.
From our first incentive event for Fleming Investment Trust Management way back in 1992, we have gone on to assist in the organisation of conferences and events for associations ranging from the Christian Business Men's Committee to Frauen im Handwerk, for corporate clients such as Shell, Volvo, Sparebank1 and ING Group, as well as countless other smaller, but no less important companies.
